Sales and Promos
All sale items (including items purchased during sales) are final sale and can not be returned or exchanged. We offer promos and sales throughout the year at sloomb.com and through our authorized retailers. All authorized sales will be announced in our email newsletter and/or our Facebook and Instagram feeds. Are you purchasing our products elsewhere for less than the MSRP? Make sure it is an authorized sale with Sloomb first. Product should always be sold for the full MSRP, except for Sloomb authorized sales. Product that is sold for less than MSRP can not be returned to Sloomb for any reason. We do caution you to ask if the sale is authorized prior to ordering.
Gifts with Purchase
Gifts with Purchase (GWP) are included with qualifying orders (qualifying total, before taxes and shipping) when available. Please visit our website and/or facebook page for the most current GWP details. *One* GWP will be sent per qualifying order. Orders may not be combined to reach the qualifying purchase amount. While we make every effort to accommodate requests, GWP are chosen at random, and are not eligible for exchange. Should an item or items in an order be returned causing the initial order total to fall below the GWP qualification amount, the unused GWP must be returned with the item(s) or the return will be refused and returned to sender at the buyers expense.
Discount Codes/ Store Credits
Discount codes and/or store credits may not be stacked. If you have more than one store credit and/or discount code, please feel free to use them separately on another purchase. Store codes/credit are non-transferable.
Gifts and Gift Cards
Gift Cards are available for purchase here. Gift card codes are sent via email automatically and cannot be combined. If you purchase a gift card and do not receive it automatically, please contact us at heyATsloomb.com.
If purchasing a gift for someone through sloomb.com, please indicate the recipient's name in the order notes (located on the cart page) or in the shipping address.
Sloomb will ship to the original purchaser only - to the name and address noted during checkout. Please make sure the address used at checkout is correct, as addresses are not able to be changed once the order is placed. If an address needs to be changed prior to shipment, please fill out and submit the cancelation form to cancel and re-place your order with the correct address.
In the event an order is returned to sender due to an error in the address input at the time the order is placed, failure to pick up the package from the post office before it is sent back, an inaccessible mailbox, failure to pay customs/duty fees, or any other reason not caused by fault of the shipper, the buyer will receive an invoice for the full/ total re-shipment charges prior to re-shipment of the order.
Standard Flat Rate (domestic): Standard flat rate shipping is deliverable to the contiguous United States and to military families with an APO or FPO. Standard flat rate shipping is sent via FedEx Express, FedEx home delivery, USPS first class, or USPS priority mail. If you prefer to ship USPS priority mail, please select that option during checkout. Combining orders is not available at this time.
Please purchase signature confirmation. When the package has been scanned by the carrier and shows as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package. Insurance will not cover lost or stolen packages.
Insurance: Purchasing insurance is the responsibility of the buyer. If you are shipping domestically, you can add shipping during checkout in the shipping options drop down menu.
Domestic Shipping: orders will ship within 3-5 business days, unless the item is on pre-order or during high volume times. If it is a busy time for us, shipping may take up to 7 business days. Transit times may vary based on the time of year and weather conditions. Please contact the shipping carrier with your tracking number should you have any questions about your package once it has shipped from Sloomb.
International Shipping: orders will ship within 3-5 business days, unless the item is on pre-order or it is a high volume time. If it is a busy time for us, shipping may take up to 7 business days. We do ship to most countries worldwide - if you have questions, please contact us. International orders will be shipped via FedEx, USPS first class, or priority mail international (please make sure to note your preference during checkout in the notes section). Sloomb is offered in many countries. If you don't see us in your local store, ask them to carry our line so that you too can enjoy shopping locally and avoiding high shipping and duty fees. Orders will be shipped to the shipping address you indicate during checkout. Sloomb is not responsible for any taxes or customs fees incurred upon arrival to your destination.
RETURN SHIPPING POLICY: You will be responsible for shipping your return to Sloomb, this will be removed from your refund or store credit.
Please note that we ship using recycled packaging when possible. Due to the nature of many of the products we carry, we need to ship in resealable zip bags, bubbles, biodegradable peanuts and papers. Shipping materials are used to protect the product during shipment as well as to protect the other items within your package.
Please inspect your order upon receipt and notify us within 7 days if you would like to return your item. To set up a return, please fill out a return contact form. For orders with multiple items, please test one first to make sure it fits properly. Returned items must be unwashed and unworn and free from any pet hair, odor or other debris. Returned items that are received in any condition other than brand new will be refused and returned at the buyers expense.
*All Adult Knit Wool Items, Socks, Sale, Wellness, Consumable, Yarn, Wool Care, Toys and Laundry products are final sale and may not be returned.*
Return Shipping Policy: Returns shipped in a Flat Rate Padded Envelope (FRPE) and smaller will incur a $5 return shipping charge. Return shipping charges for larger packages will be calculated by the size and weight of the items returned and exact shipping.
Returns will be available to the original purchaser only, minus return shipping and a 15% restocking fee on returned product, within 7 days of receiving your order. We only accept packages with our RMA return label on it, if you have any questions, please contact a customer service representative by emailing: heyATsloomb.com. All cancelled orders will be charged a $5 restocking fee.
At this time we are unable to facilitate product exchanges, however a store credit for a returned item may be used to purchase the item(s) you’d like.
Partial Order Cancellations will no longer be accepted as of 4/9/2013.
Fitteds: fitteds that are determined to have a manufacturers defect will be replaced or repaired at our discretion within the first 30 days of purchase. If you feel you’ve received a fitted with a defect, please fill out the returns contact form. Once we receive your submission, we will contact you for a copy of your original receipt from Sloomb or the authorized retailer and a picture of the item to verify the manufacturers defect. A return ship label will then be issued for the product to be returned to us. Our manufacturers warranty covers snap, elastic, and stitching defects only.
Natural/organic/sustainable fibers (wool/hemp/cotton/bamboo) fade, shrink, and otherwise change in appearance and texture with time and use depending on care and is in no way a defect of the product. Care for your products properly, be kind to them, and consider your energy use when determining your wash routine. If you plan on heavy use, please order accordingly. Print fitteds may show signs of wear faster than regular OBFs, using them in a large rotation and line drying will help maintain color and fabric hand.
Wool: Please inspect all wool items upon arrival and notify us within 7 days of receipt if you feel you’ve received an item with a manufacturers defect. Please fill out the returns contact form and once your submission is received, we will contact you for a copy of your original receipt from Sloomb or the authorized retailer, and a picture of the item to verify the manufacturers defect. A return shipping label will be issued for the product to be returned to Sloomb.
Due to the limited nature of our wool garments, wool items purchased from sloomb.com that are determined to have a manufacturing defect may be returned for full refund, store credit, or repaired at our cost. Wool items purchased from an authorized retailer may be returned for store credit at sloomb.com for the purchase amount (not including taxes and original shipping) or repaired at our cost.
We do not accept any warranty returns/exchanges or product returns on items purchased from B/S/T, swap pages/sites, or other platforms. Only items purchased by the original purchaser, with the original receipt from sloomb.com and from authorized retailers, are eligible for an exchange/replacement.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: as we are only able to issue return ship labels for USPS, a store credit to sloomb.com will be issued for return shipping costs on items that are determined to have a manufacturing defect after the RMA is issued and proof of payment is received.
